A 25% deposit is due a booking and a $300 refundable security deposit is due with balance
Cancellation Policy
Rental deposits and payments are refundable if the reservation is cancelled 61+ days prior to check-in. Cancellations 60 days to 31 days will receive a 50% refund. Reservations with 30 days or less until arrival date do not receive a refund All cancellations incur a $25 cancellation fee prior to 60 days and $50 after 60 days notice. We encourage all renters to purchase trip insurance.

Quiet Hours- Between 10 PM and 9 AM

No Smoking in any units- smoking in designated areas only.
One Assigned Parking space per unit- additional parking on a first come basis
