Rental deposits and payments are refundable if the reservation is cancelled 61+ days prior to check-in. Cancellations 60 days to 31 days will receive a 50% refund. Reservations with 30 days or less until arrival date do not receive a refund. All cancellations incur a 4% cancellation fee prior to 60 days and $50 after 60 days notice. We encourage all renters to purchase trip insurance.
